Focus and Scope

The E-Dawa is a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College. It is a research journal that publishes for at least twice a year high-quality articles across the breadth of agriculture, forestry, environment, natural resources, education, humanities, language and culture, social services, fisheries and aquatic resources, information and communication technology, technology, and engineering researches. With its uniquely broad coverage, all published papers are readily and freely available online to anyone, wherever, with no subscription or access costs, allowing authors to share their work and maximize its impact.
